Returns Policy — Filmy, Political & Custom Orders

Trichy Tees does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for filmy merchandise, political merchandise, and custom or personalised orders, except where required by applicable law.

Filmy & Political Merchandise

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for changes in personal preference, incorrect size selection by the customer, or changes in movie release dates, events, or political affiliations. Please review the design, size chart, colour, and product details before ordering.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Products featuring customer-provided artwork, names, photographs, logos, text, or other personalisation cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Once production begins, cancellation or changes cannot be accepted, except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, artwork, sizes, colours, and quantities they submit or approve. We cannot offer refunds for errors in customer-approved details when the product matches those details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or differs from your confirmed order, please contact trichytees@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. For confirmed issues caused by us, Trichy Tees will cover any necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

Refund Policy

At Trichy Tees, refund eligibility depends on the product ordered and the reason for the request.

Filmy, Political & Custom Orders

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for filmy merchandise, political merchandise, or custom and personalised orders, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds are not available for incorrect sizes selected by the customer, changes in personal preference, or errors in customer-provided or approved artwork, spelling, text, colours, or quantities when the delivered product matches the confirmed order.

Eligible Refund Requests

You may request a refund if:

• You receive an incorrect product, size, or design that differs from your confirmed order.
• Your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or printing defect.
• We cannot fulfil your order.
• Your order is confirmed lost in transit or is not delivered, subject to investigation.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Refund

Email trichytees@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs where applicable. Please report delivery or product issues promptly so we can investigate.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Trichy Tees will cover necessary return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by us.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed bank transfer or UPI payment.

Where a full refund is due because of an issue caused by us, it will include the applicable original delivery charges. We will not deduct return shipping costs for such confirmed issues.

Order Cancellations

For custom and personalised orders, cancellation requests must reach us before production begins. Once production starts, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available, except where required by law.

If Trichy Tees cancels an order because we cannot fulfil it, any amount paid will be refunded.
