Orders are processed within 3 working days of order confirmation and successful payment, where applicable.

Custom, personalised, and bulk orders may require additional production time. Any additional processing time will be communicated to you.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

International Duties & Taxes

Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders
